Biorevitalisation
Deep hydration and skin quality. It does not change the shape of the face and it does not remove deep lines.
Twenty to thirty minutes
After the second session
Four to six months
What it is
I use small, superficial injections of non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, a fluid form that does not add volume. I use it on its own or with vitamins, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants. It hydrates the dermis, the layer beneath the skin’s surface, and supplies substances used by fibroblasts, the cells that make collagen.
There is also a denser variant, injectable bio-remodellers (skin boosters): they act on skin firmness too, and I inject them at set points, over fewer sessions.
Who it is for
- Dehydrated, dull skin that feels tight, including from smoking or a lot of sun
- Fine lines caused by dehydration, especially around the eyes
- People under thirty-five who want to maintain their skin quality
- Neck, décolletage, backs of the hands, which age earlier
- Thin skin that needs preparing before other treatments
What happens during treatment
I cleanse and disinfect the skin; if you want, I apply an anaesthetic cream for twenty minutes. Then I give superficial microinjections with a very fine needle, across the whole area or with a linear technique depending on the product; with bio-remodellers, larger amounts at a few points. Twenty to thirty minutes in all.
I work in courses: three to four sessions two to three weeks apart, then maintenance every four to six months. With bio-remodellers, two sessions a month apart. If your skin responds early, I space the sessions further apart.

How long the effect lasts
I assess the result of the course a month after the last session. The effect lasts four to six months: repeat treatment is needed to maintain the effect.
Comfort and recovery
They feel like small repeated pricks: mild discomfort, but some people find it more unpleasant than a single injection.
Small raised bumps remain at the injection points afterwards and settle within a few hours; with some products, by the next day. If you have an event that evening, please arrange treatment for another day.
Aftercare:
- No make-up for twelve hours
- Avoid direct sun, saunas, swimming pools and strenuous exercise for twenty-four hours
- Sun protection the next day
Combining treatments
- 01 Botulinum toxin The pairing I do most often. The toxin reduces the fold caused by movement; biorevitalisation improves the quality of the skin that folds. 250 €
- 02 Facial volume First the skin regains hydration and quality; then, if needed, support where volume has been lost.
- 03 Biostimulators The biostimulator works on support over two to three months; biorevitalisation gives a noticeable improvement in the meantime.
- 04 Chemical peel I alternate them, generally not in the same session: the peel renews the surface layer, biorevitalisation hydrates at depth.
- 05 Microneedling Both focus on skin quality: biorevitalisation provides hydration and microneedling stimulates the skin. I plan them as separate sessions.
We set the order at the consultation.
Cost
The bio-remodeller costs more per session, but over a shorter course: at the first consultation we compare the two courses and agree the cost of your treatment.
Frequently asked questions
How often does it need repeating?
Every four to six months, with one or two sessions, depending on the skin, age and sun exposure.
Is it the same as the injectable hydration treatments I see under other names?
The terms describe related treatments and are often used loosely. Products differ in composition, density and the number of sessions needed. At your consultation, I explain which product I use and why.
